For smaller celebrations and corporate events, 3-6 months is typically sufficient. However, we've successfully coordinated events with shorter timelines—reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs!

What's included in full-service planning?

Full-service planning includes everything from initial concept development to final execution. This covers venue selection, vendor sourcing and coordination, budget management, design and styling, timeline creation, contract reviews, and day-of coordination. We're with you every step of the way to ensure a stress-free experience.

Do you work within specific budgets?

Absolutely! We work with a wide range of budgets and pride ourselves on maximizing value regardless of the size of your event. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your budget openly and create a customized plan that aligns with your financial parameters while still delivering an unforgettable experience.

Can I use my own vendors?

Yes! If you already have relationships with certain vendors, we're happy to work with them. We can also provide recommendations from our network of trusted DMV-area professionals if you need suggestions. Our goal is to coordinate all moving parts seamlessly, regardless of where vendors come from.

What's the difference between partial planning and day-of coordination?
